Brasswork terms of service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms cover the websites, apps, browser extensions and online services made by Brasswork LLC ("Brasswork", "we"). By using one, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Who can use them

You must be 18 or older. Use our products only for lawful purposes, and don't misuse them, for example by trying to break them, overload them or use them to harass anyone.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use our products. We keep all rights to them. If you got a product from an app store, that store's standard terms also apply, and where they conflict with these terms for that product, the store's terms win. Some products or features may come with extra terms, which we'll show you before you use them; where those conflict with these terms, the extra terms win for that product or feature.

Your content

What you create or give us stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide and support the product for you. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Payments and refunds

Purchases made in an app store are billed by that store, and refunds are handled under that store's refund policy, so start with the store you bought from. If the store sends you to us, email us and we'll review your request. Subscriptions bought in an app store are managed and cancelled in that store. If we ever sell something outside an app store, for example on our website, the terms for that purchase, including who you're buying from, who processes the payment and how refunds work, will be shown to you before you pay.

No guarantees

Our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they'll always work, be error-free or be available. Don't rely on them for emergencies, medical care or anyone's safety.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Brasswork LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Ending things

You can stop using our products anytime. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or discontinue a product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms as our products or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Before a material change takes effect, we'll post a notice here and, if you have an account with us, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use a product after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
